Mix the ingredients thoroughly Place the turkey breast in the marinade and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight. Remove the turkey breast from the fridge around one hour before barbecuing and carefully wipe the marinade off.
Place the instant smoker box in the barbecue and heat at the maximum temperature until smoke forms. Reduce the heat. Barbecue the turkey breast on the preheated barbecue at 180 °C until it reaches a core temperature of 70 °C. Remove from the barbecue and leave to rest for a short while before slicing.
